Unit 5: Session 4: Cambodian Church
-
-
In this session, your children learned about
the churches that David, Lauren, Bill, and Noy visit. Though there are
some similarities, there are also differences in the way Cambodians
worship God together. We are so glad that your children are a part of
our church. In Cambodia, David, Lauren, Bill, and Noy
are also a part of churches. Some meet in villages, some in the city, but all
are a part of Christ’s Church. The work that the Peelers and the Basses
do is connected to churches as they help new churches in Cambodia
and their pastors.

Read: Acts 2:42-47
Family Discussion:
* Are all churches apart of God's Kingdom, even if it meets in a different place or does things differently than we do at our church?* What are some of your favorite things about our church?
* Have you ever been to a different church? What was different about that church?
* How can you pray for God's people all around the world?
Prayer:
Pray: Thank you, God, for churches all around the world that meet
together to follow you. Thank you that we don’t follow you alone, but
with each other. Thank you for the church we attend and the safety we have in our town. Be with churches around the world that can't meet as easily. Amen.
